Two men in Cape Cod have been charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell.

According to officials with the Yarmouth Police Department, 28 year-old Sandwich-resident Jason Adkins and 24 year-old West Yarmouth-resident Jeffrey Manwaring were arrested Thursday on drug charges. The two were arrested after Yarmouth and Barnstable police officers searched a house at 26 College Road.

The Search was linked to an investigation by the Yarmouth Police Department into the use and distribution of heroin around Cape Cod.

According to a Yarmouth police press release, Adkins and Manwaring were arraigned Friday in Barnstable District Court. Court records show their pretrial hearings are scheduled for May 27.
