Charges have been dropped for three Scared Heart University Lacrosse players after they were accused of conspiring to sexually assault a woman in her dorm.

The three men were charged in November with conspiracy to commit first-degree sexual assault. One of the men was not in the room at the time and the other two men’s behavior was not seen as a crime. One of the men admits entering the dorm room, but denies all sexual assault charges.
