The director of the Windham Orchestra was charged with sending a 15-year-old girl sexually explicit photographs of himself. On Tuesday he pleaded innocent to these charges.

The 50-year-old man is currently on leave from the orchestra. He has been charged with multiple things including sexual exploitation and luring of a child and possession of child pornography. The total of the charges could lead to 12 years in prison.

The man and the girl conversed via email for months. She sent him nude photos of herself because she said she felt like “she had to.”
