A Durham man, who was arrested and charged with sexual assault could also be facing charges in Massachusetts.

The man was indicted and charged with aggravated assault and incest. The indictments allege from a 15-year-old female victim. Authorities in Peabody, Mass are investigating him for similar crimes. The man is not allowed to have any contact with the victim or any other minors.

This does mean that the man is guilty of these crimes, just that the grand jury has sufficient evidence for a trial.
